Shipping Information
We make every attempt to ship items in a timely manner. In stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours (sometimes even the same day!) Because of the great response we have had to our site, we do occasionally run out of stock but we can obtain them quickly from our suppliers. Please allow 7-10 days for receipt. Please note that there are circumstances that may cause your order to be delayed, particularly rare manufacturing delays and seasonal demands (Christmas/Spring Sacramental seasons.) We cannot offer refunds for items that you did not receive by the time you needed them UNLESS you contact us first to obtain availability information and arrange for a specific "deliver by date." Please contact us and in most case we can accommodate your needs.
Even if we do not have a specific item in stock, we may be able to have the item drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer (extra charges may apply) so that you receive it by the time you need it. Many customers have been very pleased with our willingness to arrange special shipping for items (including overnight, 2nd day, etc.) that are needed for a special event.
We try to contact customers as soon as possible if we anticipate a major delay (of a week or more) in shipping their order. However, as much as we try, there are times (such as the peak times of the year) that we may not be able to anticipate every delay and contact each customer immediately. If you do not receive your item within the general 7-10 business days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays), please feel free to contact us by phone to check the status. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT 7-10 DAYS IS NOT A GUARANTEE BUT A GENERAL TIME FRAME ESPECIALLY DURING THE SACRAMENTAL SEASON (FIRST COMMUNION/CONFIRMATION.) If, after 9 or 10 days, you still have not received you order, you may call and upgrade your shipping options to an expedited method that meets your needs. It is the customer's responsibility to call and communicate this to us. If we do not hear from you, we will not know that you needed the order on day 11. We want to help you and will bend over backwards to help you if we know your needs!
Most of the shipments are mailed via US MAIL. The advantage of this is that US MAIL travels over a weekend as well as we are able to send out mail on Saturdays. At our discretion, we also have some orders shipped via UPS or FedEx.
While we make effort to ship your items in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for misdirected mail.
Suggestion: If you are running late on ordering an item that you need for a special event, print up a picture of the item and present it to the person that you want to give it to and let them know the actual item will be arriving soon. Remember that we are able to ship your order anywhere in the United States.

We attempt to adequately describe our items so that you are sure of what it is you are ordering before you place your order. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please call us so that we can help you. In many cases, we can suggest an alternative item that will meet your needs. Please review our policies below regarding returns. We will do everything we can to make you satisfied. However, as is the case in every business, there needs to be a limit to what we are able to do. Basically, if we are made aware of concerns in a timely manner, we will be able to help you.
ALL 14KT GOLD ITEMS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. THE MANUFACTURER WILL ONLY SHIP VIA UPS AND THEREFORE CANNOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX. PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS IN THE SHIP-TO SECTION OF THE ORDER FORM.

These statues are high quality resin and we are sure you will be happy with your purchase. Because of the high cost of shipping these items and in order to keep our prices low, we cannot offer refunds unless there is a defect. Because of the many options of sizes, please be sure you are ordering the size you are wanting.
Please inspect items immediately upon receipt to check for any damage to the statue. If there are any quality issues, please call immediately to obtain return authorization.
