Shipping Policy

PLEASE BE AWARE: ANY ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN SUNDAY, AUGUST 20 AND FRIDAY, AUGUST 25 WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL AFTER SATURDAY, AUGUST 26.  NORMAL SHIPPING RESUMES MONDAY, AUGUST 28.

AS INDICATED ON THE ITEM DESCRIPTION PAGE FOR SAINT ROSARIES AND BRACELETS, THESE ITEMS ARE HANDMADE TO ORDER AND REQUIRE AT LEAST 3-5 DAYS TO BE CREATED.  REQUESTING EXPEDITED SHIPPING DOES NOT SPEED UP THE PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING.  EXPEDITED SHIPPING ONLY GETS THE ITEM TO YOU MORE QUICKLY THAN REGULAR SHIPPING.

We make every attempt to ship items in a timely manner. In stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours.  We, or our vendors, do occasionally run out of stock.  Please allow 4-10 days for receipt. Please note that there are circumstances that may cause your order to be delayed, particularly rare manufacturing delays and seasonal demands (Christmas/Spring Sacramental seasons.)

Standard Shipping (Allow 7-10 days for delivery - Often sooner but not guaranteed.) $7.99.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS: (AVAILABLE FOR CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES ONLY)

1-2 Business Day Shipping (US Express Mail) - $23.95
2-3 Business Day Shipping (FedEx or USPS Priority Mail) - $13.95

PLEASE NOTE THAT CERTAIN ITEMS, SUCH AS PATRON SAINT ROSARIES/BRACELETS ARE HANDMADE AND REQUIRE 3-5 DAYS TO BE MADE.  CHOOSING AN EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHOD CANNOT EXPEDITE THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE.  PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN ORDERING.  IF AN EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHOD IS SELECTED, YOU ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED USING THE SELECTED METHOD AFTER THE ITEM IS READY.

If you require quicker delivery than our standard service, please consider selecting one of these expedited shipping options during the ordering process.

We are not responsible for delays experienced by the delivery services such as weather delays. In these case, the usual guarantee would not apply. However, if the particular delivery service makes an error that requires them to refund the shipping cost, we will, of course, refund yours as well.

ALL 14KT GOLD ITEMS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.  PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED INSURED AND WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

We try to contact customers as soon as possible if we anticipate a major delay (of a week or more) in shipping their order. However, as much as we try, there are times (such as the peak times of the year) that we may not be able to anticipate every delay and contact each customer immediately. If you do not receive your item within the general 7-10 business days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays), please feel free to contact us by phone to check the status. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT 7-10 DAYS IS NOT A GUARANTEE BUT A GENERAL TIME FRAME ESPECIALLY DURING THE SACRAMENTAL SEASON (FIRST COMMUNION/CONFIRMATION.) If, after 9 or 10 days, you still have not received you order, you may call and upgrade your shipping options to an expedited method that meets your needs. It is the customer's responsibility to call and communicate this to us. If we do not hear from you, we will not know that you needed the order on day 11. We want to help you and will bend over backwards to help you if we know your needs!

Most of the shipments are mailed via US Post Office.  All orders shipped will have a Delivery Confirmation/Tracking number.  At our discretion, we may also require a signature for "high value", such as 14kt Gold order.  In any case, signature required or not, if the particular shipper indicates that a package was delivered, we will consider the package delivered and the order closed.  If a package has been indicated as "delivered" but you cannot located the package, we will make every effort to work with the delivery service to locate the package.  However, if the delivery service indicates that they did in fact delivered the package, it is our policy that we cannot refund the purchase price.  By placing an order through our website or by phone, you agree to this policy.  If a package is lost by the delivery service, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

If you are sending your order to someone other than yourself, please make them aware that a package will be arriving so they can be looking for it to arrive so they do not inadvertently discard the package.

Suggestion: If you are running late on ordering an item that you need for a special event, print up a picture of the item and present it to the person that you want to give it to and let them know the actual item will be arriving soon. Remember that we are able to ship your order anywhere in the United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: IN GENERAL, PLEASE ALLOW 10-14 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE. THESE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER BY CERTIFIED MAIL. CERTIFIED MAIL IS PROOF THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN MAILED. IT IS NOT A TRACKING NUMBER. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO INSURE INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES. CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISKS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER WITH US. WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE A REFUND IF A PACKAGE DOES NOT GET DELIVERED. ADDITIONALLY, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL ITEMS ARE PRICED IN UNITED STATES CURRENCY.
